Burcu Aydın, who offers the opportunity to speak European languages, especially English, fluently with Hurra Lingo and to learn Turkish effectively with Hurra Türkiye, explained the details of her brands.

Could you share the goals and objectives of Hurra Turkey?

Hurra Turkey was founded as a result of the intense demand from my friends living abroad. Our immigrant families want their children born and raised abroad to be able to use Turkish in their daily lives and maintain their ties with their own families and the Turkish community; however, due to the limited opportunities for contemporary and quality education abroad, they were unable to find a suitable institution to meet their needs in this regard. Hurra Turkey emerged in response to this need.

What is the age group you target?

Our trainings appeal to a wide range of children from four and up to adults. We equip our lessons for children with fun activities to ensure language learning in a natural flow. All of our teachers who teach our students between the ages of 4 and 18 are experienced instructors who have completed their pedagogical formation. We also provide training for adults based on needs and purposes. For example; while some adults need to use the language on a daily and simple level, others want to be able to speak fluently in business life, such as in the finance sector.

How do the lessons proceed; one-on-one or group lessons?

We plan our lessons as one-on-one (private lessons) or mini-group lessons according to need. Our private lessons are organized and shaped individually according to age, language skills and needs. We encourage peer learning in our lessons with small groups. In this way, students spend the learning process together more efficiently.

Our Goal:

To improve the Turkish language skills of families living abroad and expat children, and to strengthen their ties with Turkey.

Hurra Turkey students understand what they listen to and read, express themselves effectively in oral and written forms, and establish intercultural bonds.

We do our lessons with game-based activities where students remain active. Our lessons turn into a time period in which students learn and have fun.

We learn the proficiency level of our students at the trial lesson. We determine the course content and assign the groups accordingly.

We believe that the educational process improves with peer learning. However, we assgin private and/or group lessons based on the needs and priorities of our students.

You can contact your teacher through the Parent account. Through this account, your teacher regularly briefs you on your child’s learning progress.

We support the learning process with additional work given by our teacher. If you wish, you can support the process with private lessons.

We have designed activities that are fun to do as a family, and allow you to track the progress of your children.

Although learning a topic covered in the lesson depends on the student’s motivation and attention span, we recommend that our students practice everyday for 5-15 minutes.
