Our Lessons

The lessons we design for children are game-based. With this design, we enable students to participate effectively in the lessons with fun and improve their learning process. Our lessons for adults focus on improving the skills of using Turkish in their daily life. Our goal is to help our students communicate easily with native Turkish speakers through natural conversations.

We monitor the progress of our students throughout the program and give regular feedback to our parents about the achievements in the lessons and the language development level of the student. We report the achievements and future studies with the Student Report Card.

Our students use basic expressions related to greetings, acquaintances and goodbyes. They can introduce themselves or someone else. They can communicate with a person speaking slowly and clearly. They can participate in learning activities harmoniously within the group by following the instructions.

Listening and Speaking

Our students listen with focus. They can give appropriate answers to simple questions. They can recognize and use simple expressions and courtesy words about sense organs, colors, shapes, numbers, family members, parts of the house, common occupations, plants, vegetables, fruits, seasons, clothes, games, toys, weather, emotions, illness, and means of transportation .

Listening, Speaking, Reading and Writing

Our students listen effectively. They can ask questions and tell the names of objects and places around them. They can establish dialogues about daily life; explain their feelings, thoughts and interests in simple sentences. They can give appropriate answers to questions during a conversation. They can recognize and use words about the body, professions, school life; vehicles, transportation types, traffic rules, expressions for directions and addresses; expressions for date and time; and units of measurement. They can write down the words they listen to, short and simple sentences, texts, poster, brochure, list, note, e-mail, and etc.

Participate in Individual and Group Events

Our students can takes short notes about what they listen to, watch and read, and determine their topic. They can identify different points of view, repetition, guesswork, suggestion, preference, offer, request, complaint and recommendation expressions, and use them with expressive skills (speaking and writing). They can recognize the classroom, school items, household items, traffic signs, sports types and materials, diseases, cleaning and nutrition routines, environment, calendar, hours, and parts of the day. They can write sentences, paragraphs, a daily text, an announcement or a biography based on images.

Our students demonstrate self-confidence in meeting different individuals. They can fulfill at least three-stage instructions given to them and participate in learning activities in a harmonious manner within the group. Then can communicate with others on generally known topics or activities.

Our students participate in individual and group activities that are appropriate for their age levels and developmental characteristics, where they can improve their linguistic skills. They are able to understand and give coherent explanation of key issues related to work, school and everyday life, when using clear and common language.

They can engage in a dialogue about daily life, and use idioms and metaphorical expressions in their speeches. They can expresses themselves clearly in the face of a problem in daily life, and explain their expectations. They can outline a past event. They can give brief information about a subject, thought or event. They can writes letters, essays, narrative, descriptive articles, travel articles and petitions.

Our students mobilize the linguistic skills they have developed and participate in individual and group activities appropriate to their interests and needs. They can communicate easily with people who use the language in their daily life.

Our students comprehend what they listen to and watch according to the time flow and make inferences from them. Then can plan a speech on a subject and speak fluently on it. They can also engage in impromptu speeches. They can determine the implicit messages in the texts and differentiate between different types of text. They can understand the fundamentals of concrete or abstract topics in a complex text or technical subjects that require expertise. They can write resumes, business letters, news and advertisements.

Our students improve their linguistic skills and participate in individual and group activities based on their interests and needs. They can speak naturally, fluently and comfortably with native Turkish speakers.

Frequently Asked Questions

We do our lessons with game-based activities where students remain active. Our lessons turn into a time period in which students learn and have fun.

We learn the proficiency level of our students at the trial lesson. We determine the course content and assign the groups accordingly.

We believe that the educational process improves with peer learning. However, we assgin private and/or group lessons based on the needs and priorities of our students.

You can contact your teacher through the Parent account. Through this account, your teacher regularly briefs you on your child’s learning progress.

We support the learning process with additional work given by our teacher. If you wish, you can support the process with private lessons.

We have designed activities that are fun to do as a family, and allow you to track the progress of your children.

Although learning a topic covered in the lesson depends on the student’s motivation and attention span, we recommend that our students practice everyday for 5-15 minutes.
